Booking & Deposit:

– A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order and secure your event date.

– Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

– The remaining balance is due upon pickup/delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation & Changes:

– Deposits are non-refundable.

– You may reschedule your order without penalty if notice is given more than 48 hours before your scheduled due date.

– Any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your due date will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional charges depending on the work already completed.

Custom Orders:

– All custom orders are made according to the details confirmed at the time of booking.

– Please carefully review your order details (design, flavor, size, date, etc.) before confirming. Any changes requested after booking may not be possible and could incur additional fees.

Pickup & Delivery:

– Pickup times will be agreed upon at booking. Please arrive promptly to ensure product freshness and quality.

– If delivery is offered, delivery fees apply based on distance and availability.

Product Care:

– Once cakes and desserts leave our premises, Vintage Cakes by Wendie is no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during transportation, handling, or storage
